Show Notice of Trustee's Sale The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the West Front door of the County Courthouse in the City of Provo, County of Utah, State of Utah, on the 21st day of December, 1983, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on said day, for the purpose pur-pose of foreclosing a trust deed executed by CARL DAVID ROBERTS and ELLA RAY ROBERTS, his wife, as trustors, in favor of DESERET BANK, LEHI OFFICE, A Utah Corporation, covering real property located at 425 West Lakeview Road, Lin-don, Lin-don, Utah, and more particularly described as: Commencing at a point which is N. 0 21' W along the Quarter Section line 3130.98 feet and West 80.44 feet from the South Quarter Section corner of Section 33, Township 5 South, Range 2 East, SLB&M, said point of beginning being also North 0 21' W along the Quarter Section line 462.60 feet and West 80.44 from the true center of said Section 33; thence South 72 54' W 81.00 feet; thence North 20 22' W 108.20 feet to the Southerly line of a street; thence with said street line North 67 59' E 80.90 feet; thence South 20 22' East 115.15 feet to the point of beginning. This obligation is pursuant to a Trust Deed signed by CARL DAVID ROBERTS and ELLA RAY ROBERTS, his wife, on the 29th day of June, 1978.
