Show 8mm ctoes roads Karly snows may U' liood for ski resorts and skiers, but for the Uinla National Forest snow conditions necessitate the closure of many access routes and roads to protect forest resources, ensure public safety, and provide trails for snowmobile and cross country ski users. According to Douglas Mmr, Recreation Staff Officer for the Spanish Fork and Pleasant ('.rove Ranger Districts, the following roads have been closed for the winter. American Fork Canyon Alpine I-oop is closed just above Mutual Dell, and just below the Aspen drove campground. The North Fork of American Fork canyon is closed at Tibbie Fork. Hobble Creek Canyon is closed mile below Cherry Campground and at Springville Crossing. Maple Canyon is closed at the canyon mouth, l'ayson Canyon is closed at the Maple Dell Boy Scout Camp. Santaquin Canyon is closed at the mouth of the canyon. Salt Cnrk Canyon is closed ', mile Ix'loe the l'onderosa Campground. Rarts of the Alpine 1 ,oop will be groomed and areas around the Wasatch Slate Bark. The Ix'ft Fork of White River will he groomed and areas around the Wasatch State Bark.
