A total of 50 special athletes represented the Utah State Training School at the games, held in Salt Lake City in November. The 21 gymnasts from the school each took part in two events, and brought home 28 place ribbons and four participation ribbons. The "A Team" lost by only two points in a double overtime game with Timp Industries from Pleasant Grove. The "B Team" was overwhelmed over-whelmed by a team representing Lakecrest.
