Show Hospital offers class in advanced weight control Brigham Young University. Ms. Turley invites those interested to join the class and discover ways to improve your self-esteem; find out what happens when you lose weight; see how to readjust your eating and physical activity habits; learn how to achieve a balanced diet; explore some low-calorie ideas for meals; and how to cope with snacktime and special occasions. An Advanced Weight Control Class being offered at the American Fork Hospital begins Wednesday, March 2, and continues each Wednesday for eight weeks. The class is from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the hospital board room, according to Carolyn Turley, Registered Dietitian and instructor of the course. Fee for the course is $40, with $20 returned if earned through attendance and completion of homework. A pre-requesite for the class is completion of the basis weight control class at American Fork Hospital, Utah Valley Hospital, or |
