Show PLEASANT GHOVE PUBLIC NOTICES Notice of Sale The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 30th day of March, 1983 at the hour of 11 a.m. at the front entrance en-trance of the Utah County Courthouse, City of Provo, County of Utah, State of Utah, by RAY M. HARDING, JR., Successor Trustee, and Verne Lee Dixon, aka Lee Dixon and Margaret Ann Dixon, his wife, as Beneficiaries, under the Deed of Trust executed by Robert J. Watts and Elaine P. Watts, as Trustors, dated May 15, 1979 and recorded May 16, 1979 as Entry No. 18730, jn Book 1744 at Page 402 and 403 of the Official Records, in the office of the County Recorder of Utah County, State of Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of said Beneficiaries by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded on November 1, 1982, as Entry No. 27148 in Book 2010 at Page 387 and 388 of said Official 'Records of Utah County, State of Utah.
