According to Joyce as S0lt,.. coordinates Mom the Citizen of the Month" program, students stu-dents are selected based on their citizenship citizen-ship in the classroom. They are those who demonstrate that they are trying to be obedient and that they care about others. They are recognized as an example of courtesy and to encourage other students to be courteous toward others. Academic achievement is not considered con-sidered as criteria for selection and students from each classroom are chosen each month |
