V i ' ' "i i J i One of the neigh-- ; borhood "Joy Schools" in Pleasant Grove, is pleased to announce that it has four graduates to present to various kindergartens throughout the citv. very good. He also is the best bed maker in his family; he makes the bed so there are no wrinkles. Ryan takes pride in writing his name and coloring. He likes to help his Grandpa feed and water the horses. SCHOW These children have been involved in a wide , variety of ideas and activities during the past year. The pre-school is taught by the mothers of the children each taking turns driving, tending pre-schoolers, and teaching. Joy has been the objective. Twice per week, the children are involved in stories, songs, art and role play dealing with fifteen joys from the joy of the body, imagination, order, confidence to try, family security, candor and service; faith, obedience and knowing God as our father. During the summer months, field trips were taken once a week to museums, a plane-tarium, a bakery, a fire " station, Handicapped Awareness and the new ' Adventure and Learning Park in American Fork. These may be entering the unfamiliar world of school, but perhaps there will be very few .. situations where they will not be familiar with - at least some part. , Jacob Peter Fugal is five and one-hal- f and cannot imagine any thing, even kinder- - - garten, being as much 'j fun as Joy School. Jacob is the kind of i child that immerses - himself in the present , and loves life. He has a j talent for the piano but also loves to tinker with . machines and gadgets, figure things out and create in his mind. He is sensitive to the feelings of others and truly is a "joy". He is the son of ,. Jens and Annette ., Fugal. , Spencer Mark . Neeley, son of Mark and Susan Neeley, was - born June 13, 1977. He has really enjoyed Joy , School. He has learned . that he is a very important person and loves to do the art projects. He loves to play baseball, basket--, ball, sing songs, and . retell stories. He is a : good "minder" and a " very happy boy. T Spencer gives the best ' bear hugs ever! He is ' ' also very excited to start kindergarten this fall. Davian Roberts is the daughter of Clark and Barbara Roberts. . She was born June 9, : 1977. Davian loves to ; play the piano, sing and do gymnastics. She loves learning and playing with her friends in Joy School. She has .: especially enjoyed the field trips her class has ;,- gone on each week this . summer. She is looking forward to kinder-:- . garten. Ryan Christopher Schow is the son of . Robert and Judy . Schow. He will be five .. on August 16 of this .r year. Ryan has one . brother and one sister.
