High School Juniors Eligible For Scholarship Competition Utah high school juniors are eligible to enter an exciting scholarship competition sponsored by the Thrasher Research Fund. The purpose of this program is to encourage leadership skills among youth as Ihey apply to promotion of good health practices in a community setting. High school juniors may submit proposals lesigned to deal with an identified community lealthneed. Each of the 12 selected projects will receive $400 . ith which to implement the project. Five $1,000 Icholarships will be awarded to students . with I utstanding projects. I Information has been distributed to all high ihools in Utah.
