ASSOCIATION, as holder of a lien for unpaid common area maintenance assessments against the herein described property, being part of the Iron Horse Condominiums, a Utah condominium project, according to the Record of. LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND ELECTION TO SELL On or about January 16, 1981, Richard Hardy as attorney in fact for John R. Johnston, a married man, as Trustor, executed and delivered to Associated Title Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Gate City Mortgage Company, as Beneficiary, a certain Trust Deed to secure the performance by said Trustors of their obligations under a certain Promissory Note executed and delivered for valid and sufficient consideration to Gate City Mortgage Company on or about January 16, 1981.
