Show 'Applause" Tickets Go On Sale Fast-paced dance and song will highlight the Kimball Art CenterPark City Players performance of "Applause," scheduled for eight performances perfor-mances during June in Park City. Tickets are now on sale for this musical version of the movie "All About Eve," which won a Tony Award for Lauren Bacall in 1971 when she starred in the Broadway version. On June 5 and 6, the performances will be dinner theater at Park City's Yarrow Yar-row Holiday Inn (Dinner: 6:30 p.m.; show: 8 p.m.). . The show will move to the Silver Wheel Theater on Main Street for the remaining remain-ing performances: Thurs. -Sat., June 11 - 13 and Thursday. - Sat., June 18 - 20 (showtime: 8 p.m.) The cast includes Janet Mann as the older actress trying to hang on to her beauty and talent. Mann has appeared in and directed i numerous community theater thea-ter productions and has acted in television commercials commer-cials and commercial film. Elizabeth Nesi-Smith, in the role of a competitive younger actress. Eve, is a professional professio-nal ballet dancer and instructor instru-ctor who has appeared with Ballet West and the Donnie and Marie Osmond Show. Bob Toy, in the male leading role of Bill Sampson, has appeared in numerous Kim ball ' Art CenterPark City Players productions. The show is directed by Kimball' Art Center theater director Don Gomes and choreographed by dance professional Susan Jarman. Others in the cast are: Ralph Carlson, Dick Cum-mings, Cum-mings, Jerry Frkovich, Steve Stanczyk, Dick Mitchell, Gary Allen, Richard Scott, Jacquelyn Craigle and Glenn Artist. The chorus members playing play-ing gypsies and ensemble aire:, Colyn Adamson, Gary Allen, Mark Blase, Adria Bolding, Connie Jean Boyle, Ruth Ann Fitzgerald, Fred Hightower, Wenda Miller, Cindy Neilson, Kristen Schaub, Carole Tatomer, Robin Ro-bin Elaine Westphal, Tami Wrice, Geno Pirraglio and Scott Pirraglio. The piano accompianist is Lynne Roeder.Demie Mill-iken Mill-iken is stage manager, and set design is by Terry Coolidge.
