Show - ' 'Whiskey' Revisions Approved City Planners approved a revised use plan for the proposed Whiskey Springs project on lower Park Avenue last Wednesday. The four-story building proposed for the site immediately in front of Copper Bottom Inn was approved last year as an office building. Breckenridge Bently, promoters of the project subsequently returned to the Planning Commission asking for approval to convert the project to residential condominium units opposed to offices. The plan approved by Commissioners calls for 42 condominium units contained in one building which will be most likely operated like a hotel. Construction is expected to begin shortly on the project. Queen Esther Gets Go Ahead Members of the Park City Planning Commission gave final approval last Wednesday evening to Queen Esther Village, a 140 planned unit development. The property is located on the northeast corner of Deer Valley and is not included in Royal Street's massive area development. Planners also approved that evening a 20 unit, planned unit development called Little Bell which is also located in Deer Valley. Council Schedule Undecided Councilmen reacted with ambivalence last week to the prior weeks decision to alter their regular meeting schedule. On May 7 Councilmen tentatively agreed to begin meeting again in the evening opposed to the afternoon sessions observed since last fall. However, at the May 14 session, Tina Lewis and Bob Weils said they had changed their minds and were in favor of continuing the afternoon meetings. Councilmen will continue discussion on possible new meeting schedules.
