Show THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS: DEFEN-DANTS: You are hereby summoned and required to file, with the Clerk of the above-entitled Court, an answer in writing to a complaint to be filed in the above-entitled case, and to serve upon, or mail to Robert W. Adkins plaintiff's attorney P.O. Box 565, Coalville, Utah, a copy of said answer within 20 days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said complaint which, within 10 days after service of this summons on you. will be filed with the clerk of said court. A copy of said complaint, if not served upon you by mail or otherwise, will be deposited with the clerk of said court and you may there obtain a copy. This is an action to: Quiet title to real property located in Park City, Summit County. Utah, and more particularly described as follows: That portion of the following described parcel lying within Lot 20. Block 6. Amended Plat of Park of Lots 21 and 22. and part of Lot 20, Block 6. Amended Plat of Park City, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING BEGIN-NING at a point on the East line of Woodside Avenue at the Southwest South-west corner of Lot 22. Block 6, Amended Plat of Park City, and running thence North 2338' West along said East line 53.66 feet; thence North 3148' West along said East line 4.53 feet; thence North 5841'10" East 40.94 feet; thence South 2850' East along the East line of Lots 20. 21. and 22, of said Block 6, 64.40 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 22; thence South 6654' West along the South line of said Lot 22 45.50 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
