ARREST ANOTHER HBERJF GIG The police are of the opinion that they have captured another member of the Wagner-Martin gang of crooks in the arrest of Neil Ryan, who was apprehended by Detective Chambers and Ofllcer Hcrrick last eveniug. So far they have not secured conducive evidence of this fact, and Ryan was therefore booked as a vag.
