The route of the proposed pro-posed road Is from Wellsville to Hy-rum. Hy-rum. thence along the eastern edge of the valley to Logan, touching the towna or Mllhllle and Providence. From Logan the road goes through Greenville to the Idaho state line, passing through Hyde Park, Stuith-field, Stuith-field, Richmond and Lewlstown. By tho terms of the franchise Cache county lu to got 5.000 shares of the company's stock, the company to be known as the Cache Valley Amusement company. Work on the flrdt ten miles of the road Is to bogin by July 11, 1911, and finished within tho year, or the franchise will bo forfeited. Each yeor thereafter the company Is to construct leu miles of tho lino until It Is finished For each car operated the first ten years a tax of $5 Is to be paid, $10 for tho second ttn years and $25 for the remaining thirty years, the life of the franchise being fifty years.
