Landing Land-ing from tho armored cruiser Tennessee Tennes-see at Fort Monroe this afternoon aft- er a visit to Panama, President Taft J came to Richmond tonight to be lbs i guest of the citizens of the old confederate con-federate capital for 24 hours. Mr. Taft dined at the West Morelaud club and latter held an Informal reception at the Commonwealth club. Tomorrow, the president will breakfast break-fast with Governor Mann at tho executive ex-ecutive mansion, will motor over some of the battlefields surrounding Richmond, Rich-mond, will be entertained at luncheon and will speak In the afternoon to the Virginia Kducallonal conference.
