Show INVADE THE SCHOOL FOR A GIRL Since It was made public a short time ajio that City Attorney Robert Anderson of Provo, " h?id been permitted per-mitted an Interview with Anna Phil-Hps, Phil-Hps, an inmate of the State Industrial school, the interview belns for I he ( purpose of ascertaining what the girl knew of the facts Involved in a libel li-bel suit instituted against Jesse Knight by Mr. Anderson, Governor I Spry has Instructed Hie authorities : of the institution to not grant finther1 Interviews between Anderson and the i girl, criminal prosecution having been ; Instituted against Anderson for a ' statutory offense, alleged to have been commuted with the girl .prior to the! time of her commitment to thp school J as an incorrigible. i At the time Mr. Anderson was granted the first interview, he stated to the superintendent that he would conduct his own libel suit against "Uncle Jesse" and that no other at-1 torney would be employed, he claim-1 Ins that as an attorney he was entitled en-titled to the privilege of seeing the girl, inasmuch as she would be the star witness in his case.
