Show OGOEN HIGH MEETS JOROAHCHOOL The members of the Ogden high school football team do not believe that the Jordan team will prove much of a barrier in their road to victory when the teams meet on the FaJr grounds gridiron in the big, Thanksgiving Thanks-giving Day gamo tomorrow afternoon. But at the same time the local boys do not expect such easy going as they experienced when they met the same team earlier in the season. It will bo remembered that at that time Ogden defeated Jordan by a score of )U to 0. Since that time, however, Jordan held the Granlto team to three points although falling fall-ing to score themselves Following this game tho locals defeated Granite by a score of 23 to 0, Indicating that the Jordan learn played good lall against Granite. With posalbly one exception the members of the Ogden team have completely recovered from their stren-ous stren-ous game at Butto last Saturday and the regular lineup will probably be sent in against Jordan. Boyle, tho fullback, sustained an injury to his shouldvr In tho Saturday came but it Is believed that he will be able to participate in the game tomorrow aft- i ernoon. The game will be played at the Fair grounds and the klckoff will lake place promptly at 3 o'clock. Up to the present time no word has been received In response to the challenge which was sent to Butte upon the return of the local team. It is possible that the Butte team Is awaiting the outcome of the game wjth Great Falls tomorrow arternoon. If the Great Falls bovs win from the Butte team it Is quite probable that the Ogden team will challenge the victors to a game |
