Rosa was arraigned in police court thlj morning on the charge of threaienini; to kiU and entered en-tered a plea of not guilty According to ll complaint filed against Ross, the man in a fit of rage drew a gun from his pocket and with tho words above quoted swore that be would take the life of Harrop Fearing that Rosa would make ihs threat good. Harrop has asked the! court to place his euemy under bond.
