At the opening session this murn-Ing, murn-Ing, which was presided over by Seth Low. president of the body, a number num-ber of state governors were present fcho are here to attend a conference 3f their own which will begin tomorrow tomor-row and delegates from all parts of the United States representing the American Federation of Labor and the N'ational Grange, the Farmers' National Nation-al congresn, the National Association of Life Shippers, the State Board ot Arbitration and other bodies. Speakers at the pending session included in-cluded Judsc Alton B. Parker, former president of the American Car association asso-ciation and oGvernor Wiilson of Ken tucky. , |
