Show BANKS HOLD ANNUAL ELECTION OFFICERS AND BOARDS OF DIRECTORS DIREC-TORS DULY CHOSEN. Commercial National Bank Defers Election to Future Date, Utah National Retains Old Board. The annual election of officers and toards of directors was held by the lutional banks of Ogden In the city yesterday, the only exception being that of the Commercial National bank, which deferred its election of olficers until some future time. The officers for tho Utah National hank selected jesterday were: J. E. Dooly, president; Horace Pccry, vice president; Ralph E, Hoag, cashier; A. V. Mcintosh, assistant cashier. The old board of directors were retained in office. The First National bank chose tho following board of directors, who will meet next week and elect the officers of the board: David Eccles, L. S. Mills, Bernard White, George II. Tribe. Joseph Clark. Adam Patterson, V. XV. Rltcr, John Watson, M. S. Browning, John Spiers and R. B. Porter. The Pingree hank elected Jas. Pln-gree Pln-gree cashier and T. D. Ryan assistant cashier. The new board of directors are Job Pingree, Joseph Scowcroft, Angus An-gus T. Wright, James Mack, J. XV. Abbott, Ab-bott, E. P. Ellison. Heber Scowcroft, Joseph S. Peery, Chas. Zelmer, J. II. Last. Preston A. Blair, A. L. Brewer, B. G. Blaekman, James Pingree and C. A- Henry. |
