TEAMSTERS ARE TO STRIKE AGAINST TRAFFIC RULES New York. Jan. 21, Thirty-two thousand five hundred members of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters in this city arc making arrangements ar-rangements for a general strike as a protest against police traffic regulations, regula-tions, according to the Hoiald this, morning.
