ANNOYED AT BEING IDENTIFIED AS DEAD Oakland, Cal., March 22. Cyrus S. Foster, a wealthy re'Ired business man of Springfield, Mas9., was mucn surprised aud somewhat annoyed at learning, on his arrival here today from Santa Barbara, that a body found recently in a box car at Melrose Mel-rose station, near here, had been Identified as his remains. The identification identi-fication was made by George B. Ferguson, Fer-guson, a distant relative of Foster. Tho body was found by boys at play ia the railroad yards at Melrose. A coroner's jury assigned pneumonia as the cause of death. Foster left home several ..weeks ago for a trip through Cnlirornla. Hn relatives here knew nothing or his whereabouts until he appeared today and protested Indignantly that he was alive.
