Albany at Vladivostok last month and who wasi acquitted by a court-martial, has been sentenced lo a month's Imprisonment for making a false statement before the tribunal. Colonel Horluchl. Major Ishlakawa, Captain Kuramotto and Lieutenant Imoto, officers in tho sentry's regiment regi-ment have been sentenend to terms of imprisonment varying from a week to a month for falluro to train and Instruct tho sentry properly regarding his duties. .
