William V Maloncy and Miss Cora Leonard 'Thomas, unsuccessful candidate for places on tho District of Columbia, delegation to the Democratic national convention, filed suit In the district su-ipreme su-ipreme court today against JudRC Rob-erl Rob-erl E. Mattlngly, president; John P. iColpoys, socrotary. and fifteen other I members of the Democratic ccntarl I committee of the district.
