The conrerence of! the premiers will tonight or tomorrow 1 send Germany a letter demanding ex-' ecutlon of clause3 of the peace treaty j relating to disarmament. The letter Is J 1 understood to refuse permission to! Germany to maintain an army of 200,-1 000. ' . . ! I This letter, drafted by Marshal Foch and Field Marshal Wilson, was taken up by the council on reconvening reconven-ing this afternoon. The cqnfcrence also discussed reparations and the Turkish situation. The premiers considered the reports of the financial experts as well' as the reports ofthe reparations commission, The experts fix the maximum total t sum Germany is to pay with interest I in annuities at a minimum of three I billion marks in gold, which Is sua-I sua-I ceptible of increase in proportion to I Germany's economic recovery and in-I in-I creased capacity to pay. 1 While members of the conference 1 seem agreed as to the amounts and II conditions of payments, they do not II agree as to the division of the repara-II repara-II tions among themselves, because of II Italy's demand for 20 per cent, in3tead II of 7 originally allotted.
