Show TESTIFY FOR Trial of Jack Dempsey Will No Doubt Be Filled With iVIany ihrills The trial of William Harrison (Jack Dempsey) world's heavyweight champion, cham-pion, In San Francisco Juno 7 for evading evad-ing the selective draft, will no doubt be filled with action. Five Salt Lak-ors Lak-ors have been summoned to anoear in San Francisco and appear against the champion. Those who were served yeslerday at Salt Lake by United States Deputv Marshal Carl W. Blair arc: Dr. S. D. Calonge, H. S. McCann, A. J. Auer-bach, Auer-bach, Mrs. Freda Gibson and Floyd T. Jackson, government official. The trial will be held before Federal Judge Maurice T. Dooling and the prosecution pros-ecution will be conducted by W, B. Thomas, assistant United States attorney at-torney general. Dempsey was indicted by a federal grand jury at San Francisco following accusations made by Maxine DempEey, former wife of the champion.
