Mrs. Marriner Browning, Mrs. Richard Leek, Mrs. A. P. Blgehow, Mrs. W. F. Rudiger, Mrs. S. M. Scott and Mrs Roscoo Gwilllam. So far threo games have been played in tho elimination contest with the result that Mrs. F. W. Baker won over Mrs. E. F. Bratz; Mrs. Marriner .Browning beat Mrs. Richard Leek, and Mrs. A. P. Bigelow beat Mrs. W. F. Rudiger. For tho president's men's cup, one game only, has been played so far, S. M. Edgell beat Attorney A. G. Horn in a fine game which had to go to tho twentieth hole and finished with Edgell Ed-gell 1 up. Tho other entrants in tills contest whoso games are still to play are W. F. Rudiger, W. Arthur, J. W. Abbott, W. G. Dalrymple, J. E. Olsen, Pat Ilealy, E. M. Murphy. W. H. Barnes, F. W. Baker, Richard Leek, S. M. Scott, W. R. Kimball, J. C. Olsen and John Spargo. One of tho interesting visitors to the course is a golfer of former days whose war experiences kept him far away from tho verdant green and the whito ball, Captain W. P. Katz, construction con-struction quartermaster of the new Ogden Arsenal. He-Is likely to be seen with his clubs making a new record to add to distinguished military servlco in tho courso of the next few weoks. |
