Lne. president of the brotherhood, today asked Director General Hincs for an appointment for Tuesday morning and called the 22 general executive committee chairmen and grand lodge officers to meet In I . The demands were presented July 31, 1919- President Wilson requested the men to wait a "reasonable time" until tho government had an opportunity opportu-nity to reduce the cost' of living "The men are pressing us too hard."
