Show Canada Demands Voie in League of Nations i MONTREAL, Jan. 23. N. W. Row-ell, Row-ell, president of the privy council, speaking before the M. C. Gill University Uni-versity club vigorously defended the J right of Canada to representation as an independent state in the league of 'nations.
