Show WATER PROBLEM NOW BEING SOLVED BY STORAGE, WELLS I AND NEW CANAL TO BE BUILT The following article regarding the investigations now under way to provide pro-vide additional wafer M'pply for Weber We-ber county, appeared in the Weber county farm bureau weekly bulletin: "Every phae of the water question is being carefully studied. Consulting Engineer A F Parker is spending his entire time locating dam sites on the Oden and Weber rivers. L. M Win-sor. Win-sor. Irrigation engineer of the depart-ment depart-ment of agriculture, is working on the, development of underground vraler, and S. O. Margetts and engineering' party are making surveys on t10 Bear river. "Mr Parker, who has had a wide! experience in the building of reser- j volrs Is leaving nothing undone in his investigational work The Irrigation' committee Is fortunate in securing the service of Mr. Parker for this mountain moun-tain work. The results of his investigations inves-tigations w ill be that reservoir sites to impound .sufficient water supply for Weber county will be filed upon for this section. "Mr. Windsor has been in the county coun-ty this week building .special equipment equip-ment to be used on the Robson well1' at Plain City. Over twenty feet ofl' quicksand has been encountered in this r well.
