Show WATER RIGHTS FILED ON BY D O. MM 10 OTHERS : SALT LAKE, Aug. 2 - For himself and other water users of Weber county, coun-ty, D. D. McKay, member of the lower house of the legislature, yesterday tiled application with the state engineer engi-neer for the use of 25,000 acre feet of water from the south fork of th Ogden river. The water Is to be used to irrigate 50,000 acres of land lying north and west of Ogden, t he- application applica-tion slates, dome of the lands now have a partial water supply and some have none at all. Mr McKay states The applicant says that if the use of the water is granted, he and his associated asso-ciated propose to construct a storage reservoir on the outh fork of the river. Just above Magpie canyon An earthen or concrete dam will be erected erect-ed to store the water.
