Show I 1 Superintendents of I Utah Schools to I Meet December 20 p Superintendents of schools in Utah will meet December 19 and 20 at Salt 1 Lake. New plans pertaining to education edu-cation will be discussed and every superintendent su-perintendent is urged to be present A confprpnee of the Utah Education association will be held following tnls H meeting and will last until December 23. A circular letter to all superiu-H superiu-H tendents has been sent throughout the state by George N: Child, state dill di-ll rector of schools. A copy follows: "The course to be iven Involves actual problem working in making things with tools. Those who take the course, therefore will need to spend some time during the week at work benches. Benches will be pro 111 vided by this office as needed. The In course is absolutely free to superintendents superin-tendents and to others who may be vitally interested We uree upon the superintendents the importance of Hi this course and recommn 1 - o them as a real opportunity to work with men who are doing much io vitalize education. Kindly notify u .t your convenience whether you will regis ter for tiie course and about how many others are expected 'rora your district. "On Friday and Saturda, December Decem-ber 19 and 20, during a half of each day, all the superintendents of the state are to meet in conference for the purpose of discussing some vital problems growing out of the administration adminis-tration of our laws and to consider new plans for teaching ?nd training in civic education. In case you find I it impracticable to register for thj school beginning December 16, we shall expect you, of course, to incite arrangements to attend the meetings on Friday and Saturday.
