JAMES A. FAWNEY DIES ATWINONA WINONA Minn. June 11 James A. Tawne tormer congressman of the first .Minnesota district and one time chairman of the house appropriations committee, died this morning at i o'clock at Excelsior Spring. Mo., according ac-cording to advices received by the fain; ily in this city. Death was due to arterial sclerosis. Mr. Tawney had been in ill health for several months.
