Show ILTBIRIB ON FEDERAL CHARGE Charged with having wilfully nnd feloniously fel-oniously sworn to false affidavit In the answering of his questionnaire, Nathan Kdward Kcltner was today arraigned before be-fore United States Commissioner W. H. Rceder. Jr., to answer to the above charges and allegations. Kcltner, who Is of the military age required re-quired for draft, stated In answer to the dependency clause of his qucstionnalru that one, Ada IColtncr, was his daughter and also was solely dependent upon him for support. Ho further claimed, it Is alleged, that ho had contributed the sum of $1,200 to his daughter for her maintenance- (luring the past twelve months. Thcso false statements were, it lo charged, properly sworn to before S. P. Dobbs, November 13lh, and the questionnaire question-naire duly filed with tho local board or Ogdcn. Later investigation brought forth tho evidence that Kcltner, whoso real name is unknown, has no daughter, and thai tho alleged Ada Kcltner. If such perron exists, Is In nowise related to or dependent depend-ent upon him for support.
