KING ALBET. LONDON, Nov. 22 King Albert and the Belgian government left Bruges Thursday and were expected expect-ed to make official entry Into Brussels at 2 o'clock this afternoon, after-noon, according to an Exchange despatch from Brussels. Belgian troops and gendarmes reached the capital yesterday and restored quiet. Flags are flying everywhere in celebration of the return of the king. Some of the administrative services ser-vices of the government resumed their functions in Brussels Thursday Thurs-day evening. King Albert will reopen parliament parlia-ment today Immediately after he reviews the troops. The new Belgian ministry, the despatch adds, will comprise six Catholics, three liberals and three socialists, Including the socialist leader, Edourd Anseele. Premier 'Cooreman will retire. Baron de Broqucville will be minister of the interior and General Jansen, minister min-ister of war. M.
