Show SHEEP ARE DRIVEN TO OGDEN THROUGH THE CANYON During last night, and the early hours of this morning, Joseph Peery and other sheep men drove more than 4000 head of lambs through Ogden canyon for shipment to market. Tho stock could not be shipped from Huntsville because the yards there were not quite completed. The shipping corrals are expected to he ready for the handling of livestock for shipment over the electric Intor-urban Intor-urban road before tho end of the week. It is claimed that at $10 a car from Huntsville to Ogden, it is cheaper cheap-er for the stock man to ship than drive through tho canyon. A number of hours to market will be saved and the shrinkage on the shcop will be lessened. |
