Show CHINESE GAMBLERS FORFEIT $25 EACH II COURT Louis Wessler waived his preliminary prelimi-nary hearing this morning on the charge of resisting an officer, in the municipal court and was bound over to the district court. He is alleged to have attacked and beaten Deputy Sheriff Georgo Folkman several nights ago, when tho officer tried to place him under arrest. Tho case of tie City vs. Thomas Fagan and Y. Fugi, charged with disturbing dis-turbing the peace, was also taken up this morning. Both hearings wore set for tomorrow. Leo and G. Sing, Chinese, charged with gambling, each forfeited $25 bail. They were arrested yesterday afternoon by Sergeant Charles Laync at 251 Twenty-fifth, street, while, according ac-cording to the sergeant, engaged in a game of chance with beans and red paper checks.
