Charles Weegh-man, Weegh-man, new owner of the Chicago Nationals, Na-tionals, arrived today from Cincinnati and conferred with Manager Joe Tinker Tink-er regarding the reorganization of the team. "We will have a lot of players to dispose of soon," said Mr. Weeghman. "The minor leagues are eager for men. They want to revive interest by obtaining star players."
