Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX AND DE-LINQUENCY DE-LINQUENCY OF THE SAME. To Whom It May Concern. Under authority of Section 278 of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, and as directed by Section 925 of the Revised Re-vised Ordinances of Ogden City, 1910, The undersigned Treasurer of Ogden City, 'Utah, hereby gives notice that a special tax for the purpose of building concrete sidewalks in sidewalk District Dis-trict No. 141 in Ogden City, Utah, has been levied and confirmed by an Ordinance Ordi-nance of the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, adopted and passed November 17, 1915, and published pub-lished November 17, 1915. Said special tax is levied upon all property abutting abut-ting on the following Streets to-wlt: All that part of Twenty-eighth street on both sides, between Qulncy and Jackson Avenues, Both sides of Thompson Avenue between 28th, and 29th, Streets; both sides of Quincy Avenue between 27th and 29th Streets; the North side of 29th Streot between Qulncy and Jackson Avenues, and the west side of Jackson Avenue between 27th and 29th Streets; and to a depth of 60 feet back therefrom and which is further described as follows, fol-lows, on part of Lots 1, 7, 8, 9 and 10 Block 1 Plat "B" Lots 1 to 62 inclusive, in-clusive, of Block 1, and Lots 1 to 62 inclusive of Block 2, Thompson and Dieters Subdivision of Block 13 Plat "C." Lots 1 and 10 Block 14 Plat "C;" and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 6 and 10 Block 16 Plat "C" all In Ogden City, Said Tax is payable in 5 installments; install-ments; The First installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on tho 6th day of January, ' The Second installment becomes de-' de-' linquent on tho 17th day of November, Novem-ber, 1916. The Third Installment becomes de-' de-' linquent on tho 17th day of November. Novem-ber. 1917. The Fourth installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on the 17th day of Novem-I Novem-I ber, 1918. Tho Fifth Installment becomes delinquent de-linquent on tho 17th day of Novom-1 Novom-1 ber, 1919. Each of said installments except the firct draws interest at the rate of six per cent per annum from the 17th day of November, 1915, until de-' ! linquent, and if said Tax or any installment in-stallment thereof shall- remain unpaid un-paid after the delinquency of the same, interest -thereon 'thereafter' will be eight per cent per annum- until such assessments are fully paid.
