Carman, and any and all heirs, devisees, .legatees, .lega-tees, creditors and successors, in interest in-terest of the said J. S. Carman, and his wife, Lillian S. Carman; any and all heirs, devisees, legatees, creditors, and successors in interest of Dinah Vaughan, deceased. John Doe, Richard Rich-ard Doe, James Doe, Mary Roe and Jane Doe, whose other and true names are unknown, and any and all other persons who havo. or claim to have, any right, title, claim, interest or estate in and io the real property, or any part or portion thereof described de-scribed in plaintiff's complaint Defendants.
