He was caught in the act of making mak-ing his exit from the Russell-James store at Lincoln avenue and Twenty-fourth Twenty-fourth street, shortly after 3 o'clock, by Patrolman R. ir. Wootten. who took him to the police station, where he was booked on a charge of burglary-
