Bailey of Texas arrived in Salt Lake City yesterday yes-terday to attend the bar convention He Is scheduled to deliver the prln-cipal prln-cipal address at the session in the Tabernacle tonight and will also be one of the speakers at the annual banquet ban-quet Thursday night.
