Show SUBMARINE FIRES ON BRITISH CITIES I London, Aug. 16, 8:33 p. m. Par- If ton Harrington and White Haven in H Cumberland, on the Irish sea, -were m bombarded today by a German sub- marine, a British official statement ' tonight announced.
