Show RESERVOIRS I GIVEN A SCRUBBiniS The two city reservoirs have been thoroughly cleaned of all sediment, states Foreman Dwtght G. Taylor ot the waterworks department, and they have been refilled with clear mountain moun-tain water. It Is said that the water supply is more free from anv form of contamination than In a number of years. H Mr. Taylor says that the silt and mud accumulations in the reservoirs were shoveled from the bottom of the reservoirs and convoyed through "mud tubes" to the Hurface outside the basins ba-sins and that the entire concrete sides and bottoms of the reservoirs were thoroughly washed and scrubbed |
