Show CHICAGO CONTRACTS FOR IDAHO POTATOES Salt Lake, March 11. Louis F. Boyle, director f the National Copper bank potato growing competition and one of Utah's largost potato growers, is in Salt Lake with Mrs. Boyle, who was formerly Miss Anna Egbert. Mr. Boyle reports that great Interest has been aroused In Lewiston, Utah, where his ranch is located, by a Chicago Chi-cago concern which has contracted with the farmers to furnish them seed for 400 acres, and to buy the crop at a stipulated price. This corn-company corn-company furnishes the large eastern hotels, and it is claimed that nowhere no-where in the United States can better bet-ter potatoes be crown than In Lewis-ton. Lewis-ton. Mr. Boyle was recently honored by being elected vice president of the National Na-tional Potato Growers' Association of America for the state of Utah. |
