Randolph, member of a lo- I; cal law firm, a decision which, in of- feet, sustains the validity of the fu- j turcs contract system of the New j York cotton exchange, was handed down yesterday by the United States j court of appeals at New Orleans. J The decision was entered in the J case of Haven and Clement, cotton brokers or New York, against D. W. Jamos of Blakely, Ga., on an appeal by the defendant from the verdict of the lower court againsi Mr. James for j $16,000.
