MEETING OF ROME INDUSTRY PEOPLE ON FRIDAY At the Retail Merchants association's associa-tion's office rooms in the Lewis block, Friday afternoon, at 2:30 o'clock, will be held a meeting of the home industry, people for the purpose pur-pose of demonstrating the uses to which home-made articles, such as sugar and other products, may be put in preparing foodstuffs" for the home. The demonstration will be In the hands of competent persons and the meeting Is intended for housewives alone. The program arranged for the occasion oc-casion is of interest and it will be entertaining. Aside from the regular program light refreshments will be served. The program follows: Opening address, Mrs. Leah Cunningham. Cun-ningham. Lecture on Utah Sugar, Fred G. Taylor. Home Industry, Mtb. Olive Havens. Jf-Ioiue industry from a merchant'9 point of view, J. S. Carver. The meeting will be held under the auspices of the Utah Home Industry association, of which Mrs. Havens Is president.
