Show 00 EXPECT TO SET CLOCK OF THE WORLD ARIGHT Washington, D C , Jan. 18 -To set the clock of the world aright ex-I ex-I perts from France and the United States have started on a second se ries of experiments between the radio station at Arlington and that on Eiffel Eif-fel tower. Tomorrow night at 7 o clock the lirst flash will be sent acros the Atlantic At-lantic carrying the exact time re corded here in the naval observatory A comparison between this time and that of the observatory in Paris will enable tho experts to determine the difference in longitude between Wash lugton and Paris. Later other points on the continent and some in the Panama canal zone will be "checked up " These international wireless tests are being conducted in two period? owing to the necessity of changing j the apparatus from one point to an other. The first test which lasted I more than three months, was completed com-pleted late in November. Tomorrow night starts the second tests. The instruments formerly in Arlington have been sent to Eiffel tower and the ones here now are the French I instruments. The instruments, the most accurate ever constructed, are almost identical.
