Newspa-! per " Mr CollingWOOd Is an Intensely interesting in-teresting speaker and is thoroughly familiar with his subject, having spent a number of years as a newspaper news-paper correspondent in China, lapan and tbe Philippines. He was in China during the Boxer uprising and the Japanesr -Russian war, and has had many interesting experiences in gathering gath-ering news.
