Show CEMENT PLANT TO REOPEN MONDAY O. B. Gllson of the Union Portland Cement company has returned trom n trjp to the Trident cement plant a Three Forks, Mont , and Is optimistic as to the future business for both the Ogden and Trident plants. Mondav morning the plant at Devil's Dev-il's Slide in Weber canyon will he reopened re-opened and 150 men placed at work The plant has been closed about a month for repairs, but is now ready for the season's run The Montana plant, did not close for repairs and 150 men have been at work there all the time. It is said b Mr Gllson that the prospects for the cement trade this year are better than in some time and he expects both plants to be worked to their capacity to fill the orders. Montana, Mon-tana, he says, has passed a prosperous I year on the farms, the crops having I been large and prices good Stock raising and other lines of farm Industry Indus-try ha vp been prosperous and th outlook for the year 1913 in the farm line is encouraging. Mr Clilson is of the opinion that Montana will yet become be-come one of the foremost farming state of the lntermountain country. |
